PostSpice lets you request deletion of your PostSpice account and the data associated with your connected social-platform accounts. You can also revoke PostSpice directly in a connected platform's settings at any time.
How to make a deletion request
Sign in to the PostSpice account that owns the data.
Use the support option in the Service and state that you want to delete your account or specified connected-platform data.
Include the email address for the PostSpice account and identify the connected platform or workspace, if applicable. Do not send platform passwords or access tokens.
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before acting on a request. This protects your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
What deletion covers
After we verify a valid request, we delete or de-identify the requested PostSpice account data and, where applicable, connected-platform identifiers, stored access tokens, drafts, scheduled-content records, messages, analytics records, and other data held for the requested service. We also disconnect affected platform integrations.
Some information may be retained for a limited period in secure backups or where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or other legal obligations. Retained information is not used for new product activity and is deleted or de-identified when the applicable retention period ends.
Meta/Facebook and Instagram users
You may remove PostSpice from your Facebook or Instagram settings. If you do, PostSpice stops new access through that connection. You can then use the process above to request deletion of data previously held by PostSpice.
Status and questions
Use the support option in the Service to ask about the status of a deletion request or to make a privacy request. For more details, read our Privacy Policy.
